Your submission is delivered to Dr. Rhodes' team through a secure, encrypted channel. We use your information solely to evaluate your case and follow up about next steps.

What if I don't have my MRI files?

Submit the form anyway with as much detail as you can. We'll follow up with instructions for requesting your imaging from the facility that did the study.

How long until I hear back?

Most submissions receive a response within 3 to 5 business days. Complex cases or those waiting on additional imaging may take a little longer.

Who reviews my case?

Every submission is reviewed by our clinical team under Dr. Rhodes' direction. Cases that meet criteria for revision-level evaluation are escalated to Dr. Rhodes directly before a recommendation is sent back to you.
